Landscape Renovation in Highland Lakes

At this project our team reimagined this landscape entirely. First we had a design drawn and plan drafted that outlined project scope and price. Then we excavated all the woody mass from the flowerbeds, old root balls, sticks, mulch, and any organic material that could causes wood destroying insect issues or various issues with plant growth and health. We ensured proper compaction to avoid any settlement issues and regraded the flowerbed to match the slope of the lawn, as well as, ensure proper drainage practice. Once the preparation work was complete our masons installed a stone boarder. This gives amazing contrast between the flower beds and turf while still performing essential functions such as keeping grass from growing into undesirable areas. After the hardscape was complete our landscape team installed the plants and put the mulch out.
